Jacob Ognacevic was a weapon for Lipscomb last year and was named 2023 ASUN Preseason All-Conference. Seniors Ashton Coats, Kirsen Gardner, Leandra Custodio and Elizabeth Wetmore lead a JSU squad that's already set multiple school records during the indoor season. All track events will be finals on Saturday beginning with the mile run at noon and continuing through the 4x400 relays at approximately 3:20. On Saturday, the final three events of the heptathlon get underway at 8:30, followed by the women's shot put and triple jump finals. The only track finals schedule for day one are the 5,000-meter event and the distance relays. On the track, trials for the 60-meters and 60m hurdles, along with the 200, 400 and 800 will take place. On the women's side, field events include the weight throw, long jump, pole vault and high jump.
